You must contact us within 7 days. You can contact us via the Email/Whatsapp/Live Chat/ Call Support and highlight your issue so it can be resolved within the respective period. You can request any return and exchange. 

Refund

The customers are entitled to claim the refund and return in the following cases:

If the wrong product is received

The product is tampered

Product has some damage

Under no circumstances may personalize or other customized products be refund, exchange or returned.

Return Policy 

There will be no Return/Exchange for ordering more than one item. Yet unique sizes individual misses it.

Customized items are refundable and non exchangeable.

If the tags are removed or the item is retired damaged there will be no return, exchange or refund.

Before directly sending us the product you must send us an email so our inspector can inquire about it and confirm the features that you are looking for.

We will not assess the refund or return and have no obligations in the situation like the following:

You have modified your perspective on a item

Purchased the product unintentionally.

You exceeded the 30 days of time period

RMA ( Return Material Authorization)

RMA return material is like the invoice or receipt that the shipping company recognizes that this item is returning to the seller for the service or exchange. It may save the time of the customers while sending the item to the particular region. You have to paste the code and post it.

Custom Duties

The country varies in its custom duties, laws and regulations. For ease we mark all the items and afterwards, we ship the item accordingly.
