Return / Exchange Policy
To ensure your satisfaction and make the process hassle-free, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery, including if the item is defective, the size or color is incorrect, or if you simply change your mind. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
To proceed return and exchange process, take a clear picture of the product, attach it to your email along with the receipt. A clear description of the issue must be included in the email. To ensure the processing of your claim, request it within 30 days after receiving the order; keep the item in its original condition; and ensure that the tag is attached to it.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund only if:

- You’ve received a defective or damaged piece.
- You didn’t receive your order at the scheduled time.
