Easy Exchange/Return & Refund Policy

We have established 30 days easy Exchange/ Return policy; if you find anything wrong with our product after the package is delivered to your doorstep, you are always welcome to contact us via Email or call.

After receiving our products, you are eligible to contact us anytime within 7 days. We have a 24 hours customer support service center where our representatives are available to tackle your issues and settle them either to satisfy you by a refund or an exchange of product(s) within 30 days. Return, exchange, or refund are only acceptable with the 7 days duration; after that, it will be considered invalid and will not be entertained.

How can you initiate the return process for your package?

We’re sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t quite hit the mark, but no worries! Returning your package is a breeze with our returns policy. Just follow these simple steps:

  • First, take a clear picture of the product you have received. 
  • Write an email to our team and describe the concern briefly.
  • Send it to our team at the email address 
  • After receiving your email, our team will surely get in touch with you within 24 hours.
  • We’ll share the return address with you for further procedure. 
  • While returning the parcel, ensure that all items are securely repacked to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Keep an eye on your return’s progress using the provided tracking information. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received your returned items.
  • Remember, the cost of your return will be deducted from your refund, which you can check within the portal. Alternatively, you can download a returns label and pay for postage at your local post office. 
  • Please note, that you have a window of 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. 
  • The items must also be unworn, unwashed, and have their original labels intact. Otherwise, we won’t be able to take it back.

Refund Policy:

Refund Policy will not apply when

  • If there is an alteration of the jackets or removal of tags, it will make you ineligible for a refund.
  • The company would provide no refund if you ordered two or more than two comparable items with specific customized sizes as customize products are solely made on the customer’s requirements. It will not be suitable for any other customer.
  • There will be no refund or exchange if the product is misused.
  • There will be no refund if items are used and they are not in their original form that we shipped to you.

We will not assess refund or credit orders and no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following

  • You have altered your perspective on a thing;
  • You purchased a thing unintentionally
  • You exceeded the 30 days
  • You change your mind
  • There will be no return/Exchange for ordering more than one comparable item, yet unique size. Individuals misuse it. Customized items and Custom Orders are not refundable and exchangeable

Custom Duties

The country varies in its custom duties, laws and regulations. For ease we mark all the items and afterwards, we ship the item accordingly.
