Return / Exchange Policy

To ensure your satisfaction and make the process hassle-free, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery, including if the item is defective, the size or color is incorrect, or if you simply change your mind. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

To proceed return and exchange process, email us at sales@thecaliforniajackets.com, take a clear picture of the product, attach it to your email along with the receipt. A clear description of the issue must be included in the email. To ensure the processing of your claim, request it within 30 days after receiving the order; keep the item in its original condition; and ensure that the tag is attached to it.

Return Label: 

Please write the return authorization number on the delivery box and ship the item back to our warehouse. 
Remember, the return courier charges will be paid by the customer.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund only if:

• Your received item is wrong in size or color.
• You’ve received a defective or damaged piece.
• You didn’t receive your order at the scheduled time.

How to Process a Refund Request?

Once it is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days.

RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number: 

After your request is approved, we will give you an RMA number. please include this number on your return package so we can handle your return quickly.

There are no restocking fees at The California Jackets.
