Return / Exchange Policy
To ensure your satisfaction and make the process hassle-free, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. It applies to you only if:
- The item is either defective or wrong in size.
- The color or description doesn’t align with the respective item.
- The item was damaged during delivery.
To proceed return and exchange process, take a clear picture of the product, attach it to your email along with the receipt. A clear description of the issue must be included in the email. To ensure the processing of your claim, request it within 30 days after receiving the order; keep the item in its original condition; and ensure that the tag is attached to it.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund only if:
- Your received item is wrong in size or color.
- You’ve received a defective or damaged piece.
- You didn’t receive your order at the scheduled time.
